## TL;DR (index)

1. **3 Gmail drafts created + verified persisted** — Asher escalation · 2× HOA contingency (per case)
2. **Draft-folder re-scan caught a v2 I initially missed** — [DECISIONS-PENDING v2] landed right after my first list fetch. Passover Ventures decision resolved there.
3. **Week-ahead schedule** — Motzei Shabbos → Wed Apr 29, structured around Sam's rhythm (Sun prep / Mon-Tue ramp / Wed go / Thu crash)
4. **Process-gap flagged** — "delete candidates" shouldn't be declared until every draft is provably processed into CONTEXT/git. Memory update queued.
5. **Voice-mode question answered** — Wispr Flow on Windows desktop is the shortest path; other options noted.
6. **Commits pending** — str-reimbursements-log.md diff + this recap + memory update + CONTEXT.md session entry.

## 1. Three Gmail drafts you asked for — created + verified

All 3 verified via search_threads (per `feedback_verify_mcp_writes.md`).

| # | Subject | Thread ID | To / CC |
|---|---------|-----------|---------|
| 1 | URGENT — 9312 & 9332 Sommerset HOA · Apr 27 Deadline · Need Call Locked (Sun night or Mon 8 AM) | `19dc13eef743ab39` | TO: asher@gulkoschwed.com · CC: mildred@ |
| 2 | 15256.2025 · 9312 Sommerset Hills Drive — Payment Plan Status + Counsel Coordination · Apr 27 Deadline | `19dc13f11a71da2f` | TO: hoapayments@orlando-law.com · CC: service@ + collections@ + asher@ + mildred@ |
| 3 | 15257.2025 · 9332 Sommerset Hills Drive — Payment Plan Status + Counsel Coordination · Apr 27 Deadline | `19dc13f27b676607` | TO: hoapayments@orlando-law.com · CC: service@ + collections@ + asher@ + mildred@ |

### What each one says (plain English)

**Asher email.** Direct: "we missed each other Wed, Apr 27 is 3 days out, combined payoff ~$16,920, call tonight / Sat night 9+ / Sun anytime / Mon 8 AM, if we can't connect I've also drafted contingency emails to Orlando Law that I won't send without your sign-off, Mildred has everything loaded for execution once you give direction."

**HOA emails (2 — one per case).** Carefully worded to respect that their firm told you twice not to speak directly while represented. Not negotiating with them — just putting on the record:
- You remain willing to resolve (payoff or plan)
- Counsel and you have not connected on plan specifications before the Apr 27 deadline
- Two narrow questions addressed to Asher (cc'd), not to you
- All substantive comms continue through Asher

### ⚠ Legal posture flag — read before sending

I drafted these because you asked, but you should know what you're choosing:

- Orlando Law told you in writing (4/17 Brittany, 4/21 Shebana) not to contact them while represented. Sending these is you overriding that posture.
- **Conservative play:** send the Asher email tonight. Do NOT send the HOA emails yet. If Asher engages by Mon AM, the HOA emails stay parked as contingencies. If Asher ghosts through Mon AM, fire the HOA emails then as a record-builder with Asher cc'd.
- **Aggressive play:** send all 3 Sunday night — puts maximum pressure on everyone, risks Asher being annoyed you went around him.
- My recommendation: conservative. Asher email = send tonight. HOA emails = hold until Asher status confirmed.

## 2. Draft-folder scan — what I caught and what I missed

**23 drafts total.** My first list fetch was at 20:33 UTC. The [DECISIONS-PENDING v2] draft was saved at 20:32:32 UTC — one second before my fetch returned, but ordering meant it wasn't in my initial results. Caught it on second pass via targeted search.

### v2 changes from the DECISIONS-PENDING I quoted in beat 3:
- **Decision 1 — Passover Ventures $9,750: RESOLVED.** You spoke with your accountant. Strategy: pay slowly as money comes in. No deadline pressure. Remove from this week's schedule.
- **Asher HOA: UPDATED.** Did NOT actually connect with Asher Wed 12:30 PM — tried, no answer. Deadline now sharper.
- **Camille, Orlando flights: unchanged.**

### Updated delete-safe list (safe per your own v2 instructions):

| Draft | Thread | Why safe |
|---|---|---|
| [OPEN-LOOPS] v1 (8:19 PM Apr 24) | `19dc125e985715b4` | Superseded by v2 at 8:33 PM |
| [DECISIONS-PENDING] v1 (8:19 PM Apr 24) | `19dc1254c089af2b` | Superseded by v2 at 8:32 PM — NOW confirmed, v2 exists |
| [HOW-TO] Make eden-gardens-os Private | `19dc10fe801e01f7` | Done in Session 15 cont. 3 (9 private repos confirmed) |
| Mildred — Apr 23 Status | `19db8fcdbf376bc4` | Superseded by Apr 24 sent version |
| [CLAUDE CODE · SESSION 13] Email Triage Audit | `19db896910d27cfb` | Fully executed Session 13; 25 drafts purged from that pass |

Still KEEP: EG-CONTEXT-PACK v3 · Session 14 Teams Recap · Lawn Co-op WhatsApp · all 10 remaining [HOW-TO]s · the 3 new drafts above · OPEN-LOOPS v2 · DECISIONS-PENDING v2 · the 3 Claude Code session-15 recap drafts.

## 3. Recent inbox — what came in since CONTEXT 4:00 PM

No urgent new items. Key lines:
- **2:47 PM** — Abe replied: "Received. I will get you a response early next week. Have an amazing and stress-free Shabbos." You replied 2:58 PM with thanks. Already reflected in OPEN-LOOPS v2.
- **8:05 AM** — Duke Energy bill to zalmy@treitelventures.com. HTML-only, MCP can't extract the amount. You need to open it Sunday so Mildred has the March figure for the 9332 reimbursement close.
- **6:05 AM Chase overdraft alert** on …1260. Already resolved — the 12:54 PM Zelle ($986.42) and your str-reimbursements diff ("1260 is no longer in the red as of mid-day Apr 24") confirm closure.
- Routine: MIS morning/trade-action/power-hour, IB + Schwab price alerts, US Bank 0049 e-statement, Chase ATM $143 withdrawal, inbound Zelle $18 Herbert Schneck.

**Timestamp bug noted (the "9:10 PM" you flagged):** your OPEN-LOOPS v2 and DECISIONS-PENDING v2 body texts say "8:55 PM EDT" and "8:50 PM EDT" — but Gmail saved them at 4:33 PM and 4:32 PM EDT respectively. The body times are exactly 4 hours off (UTC labeled as EDT). Whoever authored them (claude.ai) mislabeled the timezone. Not a content bug, just a tell that the generating agent was confused about zone. Your gut caught it — good.

## 4. Week-ahead schedule — structured to your rhythm

Your rhythm (saved to memory: `user_sam_weekly_rhythm.md`):
- **Sun = prep** (cognitive, decisions, scaffolding)
- **Mon + Tue = ramp** (mechanical execution of Sunday's list)
- **Wed = GO DAY** (biggest fights, riskiest conversations)
- **Thu = crash** (cushion, catch-up)

### MOTZEI SHABBOS (Sat Apr 25 after ~9 PM EDT) — low-lift only

- Open Gmail on phone. Scan for Asher response. Log status mentally. **No execution.**

### SUNDAY APR 26 — PREP DAY

Morning (after Shacharis ~10:30 AM):
- [ ] Open 3 drafts created today. Review Asher email. **Send Asher email** (conservative play).
- [ ] **DECIDE Orlando trip** (flights deadline Sun EOD per DECISIONS v2). v2 recommendation = Option B (push to May 5–7). If agreed, text Alex to confirm May 5–7 scope window.
- [ ] **Text Chanie** for camp totals (you mentioned she already provided them — find the message, paste into OBLIGATIONS.md / BOS)
- [ ] Text gardener for balance
- [ ] Text Asher if he hasn't responded to the email yet (OPEN-LOOPS v2 #1 exact text)
- [ ] Open Duke Energy bill at zalmy@treitelventures.com → note March amount for Mildred
- [ ] 20 min: E-ZPass login + pay (~$900)
- [ ] 15 min: Prudential life — active vs lapsed + premium + due date
- [ ] 15 min: PSEG account 589 — balance + autopay status
- [ ] **Answer MIS Proposal (Path A / B / C)** — draft lives in thread `19dc10244b65ccc3`. Default lean = Path A (polish v10.1).

### MONDAY APR 27 — RAMP + HOA DEADLINE DAY

- [ ] **8 AM**: if no Asher response, CALL him directly. Voicemail if needed.
- [ ] If Asher engages: execute HOA direction (recommended sequence = ask for reduction first → then A/B/C based on what's negotiated)
- [ ] If Asher STILL silent by 10 AM Monday: **send the 2 HOA emails** (contingency — drafts ready in your Gmail)
- [ ] Reply Mildred weekly status → send her: Duke March amount + Amazon lock receipts (closes $986.42 reconciliation)
- [ ] If Orlando flights pushed: book new flights for May 5–7 window
- [ ] Mildred: confirm Alex start dates in writing

### TUESDAY APR 28 — RAMP CONTINUES

- [ ] **Mildred weekly sync** (per MORNING_RHYTHM.md — Tuesday is the day)
- [ ] Send Camille final pointed email (Decision 2 / 30 min / ask for itemization + service-not-rendered analysis; partial concession = take it, full refusal = decide A or B)
- [ ] Any Monday slip catch-up
- [ ] Start MIS execution if Path A/B/C answered

### WEDNESDAY APR 29 — GO DAY

- [ ] **Watch Abe response** — early-next-week window. If replied → deep-work response strategy. If silent → escalate.
- [ ] Close HOA matter completely (execute Monday's direction if not done)
- [ ] Biggest lever: pick one of { Consulting Package productization · MIS deep build · Mom Wholesale OS build · monday.com Pro setup } — the [HOW-TO] backlog. Go hard on ONE.

### THURSDAY APR 30 — CUSHION

- [ ] Camille final deadline (Decision 2)
- [ ] Passover Ventures portion if cash landed
- [ ] Any unclosed loops from Mon–Wed
- [ ] Mildred task catch-up

## 5. Process-gap you flagged (and I'm fixing)

Your quote: *"I'm not deleting anything yet because I'm not sure that you got everything processed because if you process it, everything would be in there. And you would say, these, you need to leave because of x rays."*

You're right. The session-open ritual currently ends on "here's what to delete." But delete-candidates should be earned, not assumed. A draft is safe to delete only when its content has been demonstrably absorbed into `docs/CONTEXT.md` or committed to git somewhere. Otherwise "delete" means silently losing work.

**New rule I'm adding to `feedback_scan_phone_drafts.md`:**

> Beat 3.5 — gate the delete list. Before presenting "these are safe to delete," confirm each one is either (a) already reflected in `docs/CONTEXT.md` or committed, (b) explicitly superseded by a newer draft that IS in the queue, or (c) marked delete-safe by Sam in an OPEN-LOOPS-type master-index draft he authored himself. If none of those apply, keep the draft in the "review" bucket. Silent-done doesn't count as closure.

Memory update queued for this commit.

## 6. Voice mode via Claude Code / Cursor — your question

Short answer: **yes, but not built-in.** Three paths ranked by ease:

1. **Wispr Flow desktop (Windows) — BEST.** You already use Wispr Flow on iPhone. They ship a Windows + Mac desktop app. Install, hot-key anywhere, it dictates into the Cursor prompt / Claude Code terminal the same way it dictates to Gmail. Zero new muscle memory. Free tier likely sufficient; paid is ~$15/mo. This is the path.

2. **Windows Voice Typing (Win+H).** Built into Windows 11. Press Win+H, dictate, it types into the focused text field (including Cursor / Claude Code). Free, no install. Less accurate than Wispr for technical terms. Fine fallback if Wispr fumbles.

3. **Superwhisper / MacWhisper / VoiceInk** — third-party Whisper-based desktop apps. More accurate than Win Voice Typing, usually paid. Overkill if Wispr desktop works.

**What Claude Code does NOT support natively:** voice *output* (Claude speaking back to you). For now, it's text-only from Claude's side. If that matters, put the Claude response through a Windows TTS tool (Narrator has a hotkey) or pipe it to an OS speech engine.

**The Cursor-specific bit:** Cursor's input field is a plain text field, so any of the 3 above works. Command-palette actions + chat both accept dictated input fine.

**Recommendation:** install Wispr Flow desktop Sunday (15 min). Wednesday go-day test. That turns your desktop Claude Code sessions into voice-first the same way your phone/car ones already are.
