Step-by-Step Test Protocol

Run CLEAR_EXAMPLE_ROWS (Sam only, right now)
Open the BOS v1 sheet → Hookstreet OS menu → 🧹 Clear Example Rows from Input Tabs.
A toast will confirm how many rows were removed. Takes 5 seconds.

Run "Send Operations Summary Now" from the menu
Same sheet → Hookstreet OS menu → 📋 Send Operations Summary Now.
This exercises all 3 runtime fixes in one shot. An email will arrive within ~60 seconds.

Check the arriving email for:

✓ STR Properties section — shows actual property data (not blank, not an error message)
✓ Transportation section — shows transport rows (not blank/error)
✓ Eden Actions — no rows with status "Archived" or "archived"
✓ Daily Tracker tasks — 20 or fewer, none from 2025
✓ Personal / Business / News sections — no "Example: …" rows (after Step 1 ran)

Tomorrow (Tue May 5 · 7:55 AM) — first fully live Daily Snapshot post-fixes. This is the production proof. If STR / Transportation sections are in the email, the OPS_IDS fix is confirmed in production.

Next Sunday (May 10 · 7:40 AM) — first fully live Operations Summary post-all-fixes. This is the full regression test.

⚠ One remaining gap: INSTALLMENT_PLANS only has 1 active plan. After clearing example rows, add the real Affirm/Klarna installments manually (reference: memory/reference_affirm_klarna_schedules.md). Until then, the installment section will be sparse.
