YOUR HOLDINGS Mag-7-style block at top works. Earnings tier-labeled [TODAY]/[WATCH]/[MACRO]. Trade Progress shows HOLD / NEAR TARGET verbs (COST near tgt, SCHZ near tgt).
The 3:08 PM Power Hour is REGRESSED. No FSE counts. No YOUR HOLDINGS at top. No bracket prescriptions. LLY missing entirely. SACS distribution looks awful ("60+: 0") because Power Hour render path isn't reading the rescaled FSE values. Same shape as the 9:55 AM Morning Brief.

5. The "Mildred + Sam shared place" you keep asking for
You've raised this 3 times now (Apr 24, May 3, today). It's the real ask underneath all the others. Honest read:
- It already partially exists — BOS v1 Sheet (
1L_rxCSOnc...) is what Operations Summary fires from on Sundays. Mildred has Chase access. The Daily Snapshot/Weekly Review/Operations Summary land in both inboxes.
- What's missing: a single page that answers "what does Sam owe me to do this week, and what's blocking me?" Today the answer is scattered across
MILDRED_SCOPE.md, the Operations Summary email, your draft replies, and Daily Tracker.
- Recommendation (don't act today, but for next session): wire
MILDRED_BRIEFING_SEND in BOS v1 (already on the open list — SCOPE_BACKLOG "Mildred briefing email") to fire every Tuesday morning EAT, pulling: open Mildred-owned tasks, items waiting on her flag, items waiting on you. One email, one source. ~45 min build.
6. What I couldn't find — please clarify
HOA + STR docs you said you uploaded: not in workspace root, not in docs/, not in Drive's recent files (last 24h), not as Gmail attachments newer than 3d. Three possibilities: (a) uploaded to a different Drive account I don't have access to, (b) saved local-only somewhere I haven't looked, (c) you uploaded them to Codex or a different chat session and they didn't land here. Tell me where to look or paste the file path.
Trade history from Schwab + Fidelity: you said "may have brought in." I don't see new files in MIS/ matching that. If you actually ran imports today, where did they land? If you didn't, want me to draft Schwab + Fidelity export instructions for next session?
