The headline: the build side is strong — Start Here, LevSMS, MIS hardening all shipped.
The gap is closure: three money items you may think are handled are not, and the
morning-briefing automation layer is designed but never built. Details below — §1 is what

The settlement was reached, but the review found no confirmation the agreement is
signed or the payment funded. The stipulations are explicit: no signed agreement +
first payment by 5/22 → agreement void → Association proceeds with lien foreclosure.
"Settled" is not "funded." Also reply to Asher's 3 questions in the 5/19 email.

(a) The morning briefing layer is paper-only. CADENCE.md defines a full daily slate —
Financial Digest 7 AM, Operating Digest 7:30, Morning Brief 9:55, Midday Alert, 3 PM Context
Update — all sourced from a "BOS v3 function" that does not exist as deployed code.
The Proactive Morning Brief had a locked deadline — first auto-fire Mon May 18 — and
there is no evidence it fired. That deadline slipped silently. What does fire reliably:
the 3 MIS market emails + the legacy BOS v1 Daily Snapshot. The business digests do not.
(b) The duplicate-email bug is still unfixed. WORKSPACE_AUDIT documents MIS firing 5+
duplicate Trade Action emails (Apr 27) and BOS firing 6+ emails in 60 minutes (Apr 26). The
fix is known and small — run "Delete All Project Triggers" then "Create Default Triggers"
on both the BOS and MIS Apps Script projects (~5 min, your hands). It has been deferred 3+
weeks. Per your own workspace rule, no new email automation (incl. BOS v3) ships until
this is clean and 48h-verified.
(c) Start Here Web App — code is clasp-pushed but the deployed endpoint still serves
the old version until you redeploy. "Built, not yet deployed."
