You owe him your decision: sign as-is, or attempt last-minute payoff-discount. Recommendation locked in your sent email: signing halts foreclosure for $5,609 now vs ~$29,584 lump.
Eden Inv #20028 demand letter (parked) — Asher told you yesterday his thinking on shape/timing. Now you re-draft to him with specific ask. Don't draft now if you're not in the right headspace — Yom Tov is bad timing for legal correspondence anyway. This can wait until Motzaei Shabbos.

- Get to inbox zero with Asher — any reply you owe him gets sent before sunset. Don't leave threads open over a 3-day Yom Tov.

🛒 Groceries — Shavuos + 3-day Yom Tov
Telegram bot upgrade today: the GROCERY command now accepts multi-item input. You can text @HSInboxBot:

And each comma-separated item lands as its own row in Grocery_List. No more "ONE item at a time."
Shavuos-specific (dairy-heavy tradition):
- Cheesecake or cake ingredients (or buy ready-made)
- Blintzes / cheese filling
- Cottage cheese / ricotta
- Sour cream
- Bagels + cream cheese + lox (one of the days)
- Salads — variety for 3 days × 2 meals/day
- Fish (gefilte or fresh) + chrain
- Wine + grape juice for kiddush
- Challah (2 loaves per meal × 6+ meals = 12+ challahs OR enough for the weekend)
- Tehillim / yahrzeit candle (Shavuos = Yizkor day 2)
Standard household:
