LevSMS / Malca - OPS briefing

LevSMS World Kit: what it is, where it lives, how to use it.

No, the public LevSMS website was not replaced. This is a separate campaign/world package: a local repo kit for building the brand consistently, plus an OPS-portal copy you can open and use from your private portal.

Where to use it

OPS portal version: open outputs/levsms-world/index.html. This is the browsable version meant for your private OPS portal.

Repo source version: the source package also lives inside levsms/docs/world/ and levsms/outputs/levsms-world/.

Public website: unchanged. I did not edit levsms/site/.

What it is

A campaign operating kit for LevSMS. It gives you a repeatable way to make ads, comics, captions, tester scripts, and future launch material without re-explaining the brand each time.

  • World bible: cast, voice, visual system, rules.
  • Campaign atlas: launch sequence, 30-day calendar, 150-piece backlog.
  • Art prompt pack: paste-ready prompts for image/comic tools.
  • Portal: a simple prompt builder and browsing surface.

What it is not

  • Not a live router change.
  • Not a Netlify/public-site redesign.
  • Not a Telegram integration.
  • Not an AI image batch that is ready to post as-is.
  • Not a promise of future features that are not live.

The unifying theme

Muted world, glowing answer. Every piece shows an ordinary community pressure moment, then the phone reply becomes the warm light that solves it. The product's personality is reliability, not hype.

That gives LevSMS a visual and emotional system without making it feel like a tech product.

Beginning-to-end system

1. SourceLive router behavior, schedule intake, Hebcal/weather doctrine, pilot onboarding, and existing storyboard docs.
2. CanonLock what cannot drift: no AI/bot language, no stale facts, any phone, save first, phone glow.
3. CampaignTurn canon into repeatable arcs: minyan, Shabbos, kosher phone, weather, ZIP, learning.
4. ProductionUse prompts to generate blank-screen scenes, then human-overlay exact SMS copy and timing formats.
5. FeedbackWatch real usage: STATS, FEEDBACK, ZIPQ, tester reports, hidden-reply failures, repeat-use moments.

Short term vs. long term

HorizonUseSuccess signal
This weekUse the tester script and save-first card. Get 10 real users to save the number and text MENU/TIMES.Replies visible, not hidden; at least 5 repeat users.
Next 30 daysPost 1-2 simple cards weekly: Minyan, Shabbos, Weather, Kosher phone. Do not over-market.People text natural phrases and return without reminders.
Gate 2+Use STATS/FEEDBACK/ZIPQ to decide what to build next: recurring opt-ins, new ZIPs, shul uploads.Real repeated demand, not speculative features.
Platform futureReuse the same "world kit" pattern for other Hook Street/Malca products: one promise, one visual motif, one operating cadence.Every product can explain itself in one image and one command.

What we learn from it

  • The brand is a behavior pattern, not a logo.
  • The strongest campaign starts from a real repeated user pain.
  • Visual consistency can be simple: one motif repeated well.
  • Accuracy rules are part of marketing, not just engineering.
  • Every future product should have a "world bible" before ads sprawl.

How to utilize it tomorrow

  1. Open the LevSMS World Portal.
  2. Use the prompt builder to generate one ad prompt for "Yanky / Did I miss Mincha / Single panel / TIMES."
  3. Paste into an image generator, but leave the phone screen blank/glowing.
  4. Overlay exact text yourself or in Canva: number, command, and save-first warning.
  5. Send to one trusted tester with the tester intro. Do not blast yet.
  6. Watch whether they actually save the number, get the reply, and text again later.
Important: reusable art should never show a specific candle time, parsha, weather temperature, or dated shul schedule unless it is a one-time flyer. Use formats, not stale facts.
