Codex SMS inventory — mapped everything Codex built (launch packet + compliance site + router scaffold); anchor doc on portal.
ZIP-flow bug — root-caused vs the live sheet + fixed (deploy @34→@35): out-of-area set now confirms "Saved — area now {City}", "what's my zip" reports instead of prompting, double-ZIP killed, copy tightened, "zip33140" no-space handled.
L1 — set area by NAME (deploy @36): "Lakewood", "Five Towns", "Monsey" etc. set the area; 11/11 unit tests; real commands never hijacked. US only; Israel = its own build.
Twilio charges checked — card 9405 (acct 1260), auto-recharge $20 target, $10.07 on 5/26, ~$10/wk. Flagged the overdraft-account risk.
Short-code / Israel question answered — short code = $1–1.5K/mo + ~3mo + country-specific (don't do now); Israel = cheap local number, separate registration, real lift is Hebrew + Israeli zmanim (a build).
