One current picture: what it does, what we have, what we do next

Bottom line: the product is solid and now works for any US area. The campaign job is not more features — it's getting ~10 North Woodmere people to use it and come back (Gate 1). The world-kit is the system to do that.

1 · The product today (live)
- Commands: TIMES (davening), ZMANIM, WEATHER, SHABBOS, SHUL <name>, YOMI, ZIP/area, HELP, STOP.
- Time-aware: "times" shows the next minyan correctly (Shacharis in the morning w/ shul, Mincha later) — not always Mincha.
- Works anywhere: set area by name ("Lakewood") or ZIP; zmanim/weather/Shabbos correct for any US ZIP in its real timezone (California fixed). Replies name the area ("ZMANIM Los Angeles, CA 90035").
- Halachic care: out-of-area davening shows the Shacharis window (sunrise → sof zman tefila), Latest Krias Shma (MGA/GRA), a live deadline alert, and a repeat-Krias-Shma note for early Maariv.
- Clean + cheap: uniform "~LevSMS" footer, GSM-7 (160-char segments, low Twilio cost), split messages numbered (1/2).
- Pilot CTA: occasionally (≤1/user/day) invites feedback / help / tell-a-neighbor via support@levsms.com.

3 · Gate 1 — the only thing that matters now
~46 numbers have texted; most one-and-done. Gate 1 = 10 distinct NW users who return at least once. Until that's real, no new features, no second area, no spend. The product is ready; the job is people.

4 · What we do — the campaign
- Angle: lead with the moments that earn a save — next minyan, Shabbos/zmanim clarity, "no app, no group chat." Save-first.
- First push (NW): recruit ~10–20 neighbors to text the number once + come back. Word-of-mouth + the pilot CTA's "tell a neighbor."
- Material: generate the first ads/comics from the World Kit prompt builder (save-first, next-minyan, Shabbos-clarity). One image + one line each.
- Measure: watch returning users (the STATS admin command). 10 returners = Gate 1 cleared → then expand.
- Hold for later: sponsorship "brought to you by" (Gate 5), premium/personal features, second area, Israel/Hebrew.
