Home Bake-off
Every "home" the sessions built. Open each, then pick ONE to become THE home. Mon Jun 1 2026.
The problem you felt: there are several "home" pages and you can't tell which is real — and the one you're using (home.html) fires 17 live calls so it loads slow + still bounces. The fix: pick the winner, I make IT fast (parallel loads + cache so it snaps) + fix the bounce, fold in the best of the others, and point the rest at it. Open the 3 live ones below on your phone and feel them. Then tell me the number.
🥇 Most complete · LIVE
home.html
Bento grid, 3 themes (Warm/Calm/Command), "Good afternoon" greeting + Hebrew date, Next-Move hero, expandable Cash/Loops/Markets/Groceries tiles. This is the one in your screenshot.
DataLIVE — cash, loops, groceries, Hebrew all real
Speed⚠️ 17 calls on load = the slow one
Bounce⚠️ yes — the tile tap-close bug you hit
Best atEverything-at-once + theme switching

🥈 Most focused · LIVE
home-cockpit.html
Today-first. A "what deserves attention NOW" hero, 3-stat strip (loops/cash/due), loop cards grouped P0→P3, calendar feed (Airbnb + family + Google), every tile stamped "as of HH:MM."
DataLIVE — loops, cash, calendar
SpeedLighter — 3 calls (faster than home.html)
Bounce⚠️ mild — fixable
Best atCalm focus + calendar built in

Action spine · LIVE (my build)
start.html
Ruthless action list — live cards, tap to open (already bounce-FIXED + chevron), 5 actions (Done/Defer/Mildred/Need-info/Urgent), capture box, Light/Steel skins, nav tiles.
DataLIVE — your 164 cards
SpeedLight — 1 call + cache
Bounce✅ already fixed here
Best atDoing things fast, clean taps

🥉 The vision · MOCK
start-redesign-mock.html
Where it's all heading: 3 palettes, type-by-color (to-do/review/brief/plan/live), bento zones, the AI "Rethink everything" button, cadence strip, swipe maps. Not wired — the roadmap.
DataMOCK — shape only
Best atThe future look + AI reorient + swipe

My honest recommendation
Winner = home-cockpit.html as the base (lighter/faster than home.html, calendar built in, calmer), dressed in the redesign-mock's look (type-colors, zones, cadence, the Reorient button) and using start.html's fixed action engine (clean taps, 5 actions). Then I make it SNAP — parallel loads + cache + one STATE call — and retire the rest into it. One fast home, the best of all three. But it's your call — open them and tell me which FEELS right.
