Headline verdict
The operation is in good shape and well-captured. Of everything we discussed (23 items), 18 are fully captured + owned, and the 2 real drops are now fixed (the MIS market-report restore + the Cloud Brain plan — both now have cards + docs). Repos are 9/12 clean; the docs layer is coherent. The work to do is mostly cleanup + a few process tightenings, not rescue.
1. Repos — committed / at-risk / cleanup

- FIXED: eden-gardens-os had 1 unpushed commit (a real Apr-23 call transcript) — Worker 🐝 just pushed it. No longer at risk.

The MIS engine issues (#7/#10/#11/#12/#13/#14) are freeze-gated — they don't move until you open a deploy window. That's correct, not stuck.
3. Docs / steering / outputs — healthy
- Living docs current: CONTEXT.md, SCOPE_BACKLOG.md, WORKSPACE_AUDIT.md, the MIS state docs.
- The new
docs/steering/ layer is coherent + live — relay-log (the ledger), handshakes, the session-steering + #043 spec. This is the Worker 🐝 coordination spine.
- Archive 8–9 stale docs (ChatGPT-cadence, Mom-wholesale-spec, closure-stack, brain-feed, session-open, start-here-execution, news-brief-design) — add SUPERSEDED headers / move to archive.
- Missing HOW-TOs worth writing (prevent re-discovery): MIS weekly broker-reconcile · Mildred sync · live-integrations · the morning-delivery backstop · the LevSMS shul-upload aggregator.
- Stale output: the retired

4. Drop-check — was everything captured?
18/23 fully captured + owned. The 2 real drops are now fixed:
- ✅ MIS market/ticker report (was flagged #1 but had no card) → card created + directive to MIS+#042.
- ✅ Cloud Brain / always-on Claude Code (discussed, no plan) → card +
docs/CLOUD_BRAIN_PLAN.md created (cost, comms, limits, security all worked out).

5. How to work this better (the process tightenings)
- Every priority = a card. The MIS-report drop happened because it lived only in a directive, not a card. Rule: if it's a priority, it gets a card with an owner — so the relay log + the queue never disagree.
- One brief, reliably delivered. The morning-delivery break is the open structural risk — the server-side push (#042) must land before it's "solved."
- Run it, don't rebuild it. BOS v3 is built and never run; that's the pattern to break — finish/run what exists before starting new.
- Monthly the cleanup (junk files, stale docs, close stale issues) so the noise doesn't recompound.
6. Macro / micro
MACRO: you're converging on the right shape — one brain (memory), one operator (Worker 🐝), sessions that report + get steered, a clean card system, and a path to an always-on cloud operator. The bones are good. The throughline you keep naming — stop building, make it work, get cash-flow positive — is the correct north star.
