1 · While you slept — what shipped
- Cloud brain, Phase 1 = live. 625 topic-file facts (192 files) pushed into the D1 cloud brain. The Telegram bot now knows the contents of your topics with the PC off — not just titles. This was the flagship gap; it's closed.
- A cloud computer that runs me is LIVE. DigitalOcean box
zee-ops-1 — Claude Code installed, authenticated, and proven (ran a headless task and pushed its own commit). Hardened tonight (key-only SSH, firewall on). ~$12/mo. This is the "operator on your phone, PC off" spine.
- Personal Gmail is cloud-connected. Built the phone-tap OAuth path so your personal inbox is reachable from the cloud — kills the old 7-day PC-token death and the one-Gmail limit.

- BOS v3 obligations now feed the 6:30 AM brief. Sign-flip + installment-math bugs fixed; real obligation data (Arievim / Agudah / Chase-5609) now flows into your morning brief.
- Mildred: security gate shipped + her board de-cluttered. A corrupt/weak read-token was rotated, and she was removed from the host-wide access policy into a scoped app. Her board now shows live Hospitable bookings. (Her link is share-ready; hold until you say go.)
- Guest comms live. The paver message went to both guests through the real Hospitable rail.

4 · Lessons the system learned tonight

- Find it first. Check before building. Tonight the mortgage data was already in screenshots, the wash-sale gate was already built, Plaid was already linked, BOS v3 tabs were already populated. The docs' "missing / not built" claims rot faster than the actual assets. New permanent skill:
