• Event: Corporate "Lounge" event, 9:30 PM–12:00 AM, backyard at 589 Hook St, Valley Stream NY
• Setup requested (Sam's initial spec to Tom — Tom then went well above & beyond it): 2 couch areas, one on each side (4 couches) + 2 coffee tables · 5 × 4×4 tables · 25 chairs · 3 highboys (30" round, 42" high) · 4 buffets (6×30×36) · black tablecloths · pipe & drape ~80 ft · string lighting covering 30×50. (The invoice line items reflect Tom's expanded delivery — DJ sound system, more lighting/uplighting, etc.)

• Billed to: Hook Street Capital, LLC → business expense — keep the invoice (Contract 215958) for the CPA/books.
• Payment: $2,000 via Zelle or wire to thomas@specialeventresources.com (bank/routing on the invoice, not stored here). Status: being sent 6/30 — confirm sent.
• Visuals: IMG_0038.jpeg + IMG_4022.mov (event photos/video, in session uploads).
• Benchmark takeaway: a full backyard lounge build (seating + bar + lighting + drape + DJ system, ~200 people scale) = ~$5,400 retail, ~$2,000 with a hookup. Food / drink / cigars / waiters are ON TOP of this.
