Home walkthrough — Sam's live tile-by-tile feedback (2026-06-01 PM)

Captured verbatim-ish from Sam's voice walkthrough on his 34" desktop. Triage: 🐞=bug · ✨=want · 🔗=connect-more · 🏠=belongs to the home bake-off (Session 41) · 🟢=mine to fix. Goal: nothing lost; feed the home decision + my own surfaces.

Through-lines (the real themes)

1. Real-time confirmation, connected to the source. Obligations/cash should confirm in real time that a payment left the account (via the bank links) — "auto" items just get a notify + swipe-away; "pending" get confirmed live. Not a static list.
2. Connect the rest of the money. Other Chase accounts + all property loans/mortgages (docs are in the property folders) → need a cadence to ingest them (read digital email statements, catch each, update the amount) → then LTV / evaluations for cash-on-hand + every account.
3. "Out of use info." Several tiles show stale/uninteractive data he "can't work with" (Today, where-things-stand). He wants live + actionable, not read-only.
4. Clear-and-start-fresh the bot's saved decisions/state — unsure what it's learned / if it self-learns. (Ties to the command-inbox review: dedup + transcript loop.)
5. Scattered → consolidate (the recurring disease; Session 41's bake-off + the in-page bot-chat panel are the cure).

Tile-by-tile

• Next Move "Get $6,000" 🐞🏠 — bogus; not in home.html/home-cockpit (not a card; top cards = Eden #004, HOA #011 $5,609.30). Likely a hardcoded mock in a Session-41 home candidate. "Should only be after we have ~1/5." → FIX in the home-decision page.
• "AI rethink all the cards" page ✨ — Sam recalls a page that could redo/AI-rethink every card. Does it still exist? (Find it / decide if reviving.) Today all he can do on a card = mark done when approved.
• Open Loops 🐞🟢🏠 — tapping the top card (Eden P0) navigates AWAY instead of expanding; have to re-click Open Loops. On desktop. Actions = Done/Proof/Defer/Need-info but no dropdowns. (Session 41 fixed start.html card-tap; home.html/cockpit need the same — tap = expand, not navigate.)
• "Comms from the markets" (markets tile) — only NVIDIA + Intel (the 2-ticker MIS universe; expand to the held names).
• Act now → start-here 🐞🏠 — "looks old-school," and not connected to the web-app URL on the computer (it's the /exec deployment). Session 41 owns start.html.
• Obligations tile → Chanie's "evening honey" page 🟢🔗✨ — pulls from Monthly Obligations (correct). Wants: swipe-left/done to clear; pending → confirm live; auto → just notify + swipe (already handled); real-time confirm it left the account (connected to bank links). NOTE: he's viewing the wife's (?as=chanie) view. "Aravim — it says from when, has to be asked sometimes."
• Cash on hand 🔗 — wants to connect the other Chase accounts + all property loans/mortgages (docs in property folders) → cadence to ingest (email statements) → LTV/evaluations.
• Groceries ✨🟢 — wants to start from scratch; doesn't know the source. → Send him the sheet link + which tab (Grocery_List on the Personal Command Inbox sheet), let him see/redo it, which fixes what shows in the tile.
• Connect (connections page) 🟢✅ — "pretty cool," shows everything connected; a few more to add. (This is the CONNECTIONS work — landed well.)
• Briefings → ops briefings index 🏠✨ — big "unsorted" section + linked main webpages/connections. Wants an index rethink (how to access what he wants) but keep the history (searchable, cadence-able). (briefing-compactor + index rebuild.)
• "Today" tile (home base) 🐞🟢🏠 — clicking it → start-here (weird); can't scroll Today; "not working like a calendar"; doesn't show "where things stand" as the project queue. Wants it live + merged with the project view, not dead info.
• Take a trade → Scope (peek) 🟢 — seems to work; is the voice connected to the Scope page? (the 🔊 button → OpenAI). "Setup trade → script properties; slow, a bit faster." Wants to clear saved decisions + start fresh; is it self-learning?
• Live SMS → levsms.com site — unsure if it should go to the marketing-build instead.
• Coding & docs → GitHub ✅ fine.
• Architecture tile — shows his systems; "see how it works / if it needs updating."
• Calendar → Google Calendar 🔗 — needs to see how it connects (now that /calendar feed exists).
• App Library — cool; update?
• Marketing → Hookstreet Services site ✨ — wants the inquiries + pilots + business + youth-systems reflected in there.

Bake-off verdict — Sam's lean (2026-06-01 PM, for Session 41)

Sam clicked through every candidate. Leaning toward the redesign / vision MOCK, NOT cockpit or start.html. Specifics:
- Cockpit — bottom is "a whole bunch of stuff," cluttered; card actions have no dropdowns; not sure he wants it.
- start.html — dark+light is "a little better with the deferred," but the card options are fewer than what we said it should be, and unsure if AI cleaned it up yet.
- Redesign / vision mock — "had more steel-dark, looked cool" → wants it a touch lighter on the steel/cool-slate; "worn paper is actually nice." Likes that aesthetic.
- Wants: easy to use, quick sort, flag on items; clarity on what the top buttons do ("send your whole queue to Claude — did you combine?"); "we have to really figure out what everything does."
- Verdict: the mock is the direction, but the buttons/behaviors aren't pinned yet. Once the mock's actions are defined (real dropdowns, quick-sort, flag, swipe), it becomes THE home and live data gets wired in.

Owner split

• Home bake-off (Session 41): the $6K Next Move, Open-Loops tap-navigates-away, start.html look + web-app-URL, the launcher-tile destinations, Today scroll/calendar/project-merge, the briefings index rethink.
• Mine (this session's surfaces): obligations real-time-confirm + swipe (Chanie portal), cash-on-hand more-accounts/mortgages (Plaid), groceries source/redo, Scope voice, the connections page.
• Cross-cutting: clear-and-start-fresh + self-learning (the command-inbox transcript/dedup loop), consolidation (in-page bot chat).
