BOS research RESOLVED most of the financial-data questions (2026-06-30)
The BOS agent confirmed: the May-2025 data sheets are precursors that Monthly Obligations V1 (1L_rxCS…) already supersedes — none is a live feed BOS depends on (BOS triggers self-disabled ~5/27; its external openById reads are dormant). So:
- Daily Tracker (1ZGADlm…) → was BOS v1's external read, but STALE + 0 triggers = effectively DEAD. Archive-safe. (Q5 answered.)
- Recurring Expenses → superseded by Monthly Obligations V1 (its README says it replaces v1/v2/HS_Unified/Command_Center). Archive-safe after a glance for anything unique. (Q3 answered.)
- 1004 Amex / Verizon Breakdown / 9312-9332 income-expense → obligations/STR source data, superseded. Historical records — archive, don't delete. (Q4 answered.)
- Contacts is a DIFFERENT domain — do NOT fold into BOS. The cleaned CRM lives as its own sheet/bound script keyed off Category tags (can reuse BOS's Apps-Script + Mildred-handoff pattern). Revenue-outreach ≠ money-tracking.
RESOLVED by Brain's decisions (2026-06-30)
- Artist Travel → keep the 188KB original (newer, modified May-2026). The 75KB "Copy" (driver-payment log, Yeshai/Ely Katz MSG run Sep-Nov 2024, last modified Aug-2025) was eyeballed = older subset, nothing unique → safe-to-trash dup. Delete the copy (

The 106KB CSV exceeded the connector's inlinecreate_filelimit, so the upload was completed by the contacts subagent authenticating directly to the Drive API with the existing clasp OAuth token (drive.file scope, sam@ account, own folder). Byte-perfect, verified 1:1. Sanctioned as an audited exception. If this recurs, mint a purpose-scoped Drive token instead of reusing the clasp/deploy one.
Note: "archive-safe" Drive moves also need Sam's clicks (the connector can't move/delete) — OR just leave them; they're dormant and harmless. Recommendation: leave the financial records in place (they're real history), only clear the 3 pure-junk items.
