💼 WHAT SALES IS — job + court
The one job: bring resources to Sam's family (his explicit #1 need). Revenue IN — not expense tracking (that's the Brain's money desk).

- The work: rank the near-term GENERATORS (Eden $20K collection · the Bottleneck Review · STR yield · underwriting + ops-build engagements) SEPARATELY from the long-term COMPOUNDER (the MIS account — never fund the family from it under pressure). Drive outreach to warm leads (David Feiner, Isaac Filler, Shuley Rosenberg, Yossi Bauman, Arsen) → demo → close. Price engagements with scope + end + payment terms in writing up front (the hard Eden lesson).
- The throughline: charge for what people would happily pay for, not pushy; no chesed-mixed-with-business; make it Sam's IP.
