- Are the Jan 6 / 21 / 26 trips Mikvah-fundraiser-related? If so, billable to Eden Gardens? (Probably not, given current dispute.)

Process recommendation going into summer
- Each trip Jack runs: Sam logs ticker — date, pax, route, cost, intended-billback-counterparty — same day, in this file or a Sheet equivalent.
- Each artist/show gig confirmed: Sam pre-flags expected transport scope so Jack's invoice doesn't surprise.
- Monthly settle: end of month, Sam pays Jack net + sends one consolidated billback invoice to organizers.
- Trip ledger format: a tab in the Monthly Obligations v2 sheet OR a standalone Sheet feeding the cashflow snapshot.
This is exactly the kind of side-gig P&L that gets lost without a register. The $260 here is small; once 5-10 trips/month hit during summer, it'll be material.
