1. SSH to the VM — host 100.79.23.85 (Tailscale) or 104.248.227.149, user root, your key.
2. Run: ~/operator.sh ← pulls the latest workspace + opens the persistent "brain" session running Claude Code.
   - The VM has all 7 repos cloned (workspace, MIS, HSS site, Calculator, Eden, CM Invoice, lawn co-op, BOS sheets). operator.sh pulls the WORKSPACE; if you'll edit another repo (e.g. HSS), git pull inside it first — clones don't refresh themselves. (Detach anytime = Ctrl-b then d; it keeps running. Reattach = ~/operator.sh again.)

WHERE WE LEFT OFF (Jul 2 AM): (1) 🔴 PORTAL MIGRATION mid-flight — moved off broken Netlify onto Cloudflare Pages project `hookstreet-ops` (deployed, works at hookstreet-ops.pages.dev). ops.hookstreetservices.com is added as a custom domain (pending) but the DNS flip needs a DNS-edit token I didn't have — FINISH THIS FIRST (see the queue card + docs/HOW_IT_ALL_LIVES). Live domain is safe/gated meanwhile. (2) Home-portal REBUILD is specced + mockup'd, awaiting Sam's go (keep the good, don't nuke the launcher). (3) Real-life sessions ready to run: 2025 taxes + kids' registration (SESSIONS_TO_RUN #3/#4). (4) Guardrail: do NOT touch the MIS engine (MIS/v2 — the MIS Fable session owns it). Deploy ops-api safely (secrets wrangler-owned).

Sweep the queue (powershell? no — on Linux use: scripts/inbox via curl, or read the STATE), sign to Sam as Fable, and ask what he wants first. Commit + push + brain-sync at session close.
