Status of original questions: 7 of 10 critical answered already by Codex (Q1, Q4, Q5, Q6, Q8, Q9, Q10). 3 critical + 3 nice-to-have still open. This doc consolidates them into 3 voice batches.
🎙️ VOICE BATCH 1 — Twilio details (60 seconds, while you have Twilio open)
Open Twilio Console → Trust Hub or A2P 10DLC settings. Tell me these 4 things in one voice note:
- Brand name as it appears in Twilio (you said earlier it's "LEVSMS" but verify the exact spelling/capitalization shown to reviewers)
- Business type — sole proprietor / individual / LLC / etc.
- Support email currently on file with Twilio
- Then open the rejection email Twilio sent — read or paste the rejection reason text + any rejection code (something like
BLANK_VEDOR_REJECTION_REASON_V2or4470 / 4471)
If you can't get to Twilio right now: screenshot the brand page + the rejection email and dump them into docs/malca-yenta/launch-packet/twilio-screenshots/ — I'll parse them.
Why this matters: without the exact rejection text, Codex's TWILIO_NEW_CAMPAIGN_FINAL_FIELDS.md is a best-guess fix. With the rejection text we surgically address what they cited (consent flow / sample messages / website match / brand info gap / etc.) instead of guessing.

Three quick choices. Just say "A or B" for each:

First version of levsms.com:
- A — Bare compliance site (privacy + terms + opt-in flow + sample messages — 5 min for Twilio reviewer to verify and approve)
- B — Polished public landing page (hero + value prop + features + compliance below) — adds 30-60 min to ship
Codex's recommendation: A / A / A on all three. Fastest path through Twilio. Polish after pilot lands first 50 subscribers.

- Harvard Business Services as Delaware registered agent (~$50/yr, fast, well-reviewed) — confirmed when LLC files? YES / NO / OTHER
- Sports + premium content excluded from first Twilio campaign — confirmed? YES / NO
