- The site does not publish Sam's personal address or personal phone number.
- The site does publish the Twilio/SMS number because Twilio keyword opt-in proof requires users to see the number and command instructions.
- The site publishes
support@levsms.comas the support contact.
Twilio readiness
The public website has the required Twilio-facing pieces:
- Brand/program name.
- Public opt-in instructions.
- Phone number and SMS commands.
- HELP and STOP language.
- Message frequency disclosure.
- Message and data rates disclosure.
- Privacy policy with mobile/SMS consent non-sharing language.

Important: the failed Twilio campaign still shows the earlier LEVTEXT brand/campaign while the live public site now shows LevSMS. Before resubmission, update/create the brand/campaign so the website, sample messages, and Twilio fields all match.

Notes
- Design polish is not the gating issue for Twilio; clarity, compliance language, and public URLs are.
- The logo is just a simple text mark (
LS) and can be replaced later without affecting Twilio logic. - The SMS command backend is not confirmed as production-ready in this status note; this site is the compliance/public-facing surface.
