Cash Action Board - 2026-05-13
Purpose: turn cash pressure into external action loops before starting another speculative build or leaning harder on MIS/trading.
Guardrail
No new dashboard, repo, trade size increase, or speculative automation counts as progress unless it moves one of these cash loops.
Board
| Priority | Source candidate | Cash target | Owner | Next action | Waiting reason | Follow-up trigger | Risk / guardrail | Done condition |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Eden Gardens invoice #20028 | Confirm current balance | Sam | Verify invoice status, last payment conversation, and who can approve payment. Send one concise collection/follow-up note if still open. | Need current truth before outreach. | Same day after status check. | Keep tone relationship-safe; do not overstate facts. | Payment date confirmed or written blocker logged. |
| 2 | Transportation / CM invoice lane | Confirm open A/R | Sam | Pull active invoices and identify the three easiest-to-collect balances. | Need invoice list and payer contact. | 24 hours after list is pulled. | No messy mass outreach; one clean follow-up per account. | At least one payer response or payment commitment. |
| 3 | Hook Street Services - Operating Map Sprint | First paid pilot | Sam | Send systems.html to one warm business owner with a short note: "I can map the business, receivables, follow-up, and next actions in a small sprint." |
Needs first warm target. | 48 hours after send. | Do not offer a huge custom build first. | Intro call booked or clear no. |
| 4 | Hook Street Services - Revenue Loop Sprint | First paid pilot | Sam | Use the car-leasing example as the first script: lead source map, follow-up tracker, referral prompt, weekly scorecard. | Need prospect name and current lead process. | After first call or reply. | Price to one closed deal value, not hours. | Prospect agrees to pilot scope or gives objection to improve offer. |
| 5 | Youth Money Map | First family pilot | Sam | Offer 1:1 or small cohort beta to one parent: two sessions plus parent-controlled workbook. | Need first parent/referral list. | 72 hours after first ask. | No account access, no investment advice, no custody. | First beta family selected and session date held. |
| 6 | STR / bookings | Near-term booking or payout clarity | Sam / Mildred | Check upcoming bookings, payout dates, cleaning/vendor obligations, and any open guest issue that blocks cash. | Need current booking calendar and vendor queue. | Daily until next payout clarity. | Do not expose personal finance details to vendors/VA. | Next 14-day payout and obligation picture is known. |
| 7 | Expense reduction / deferment | Protect bank balance | Sam | Identify bills due in the next 14 days that can be delayed, split, or paid from the correct account without bounce risk. | Needs obligations sheet final truth. | Before each due-date cluster. | Must not harm critical services, credit, or vendor trust. | Due-date plan locked for next 14 days. |
Today-first sequence

- Pull the next 14-day obligations and STR payout picture.
- Park all non-cash builds unless they directly support one of the rows above.
Simple outreach prompts
Operating Map Sprint
I am testing a small Hook Street Services sprint for owner-operated businesses. The point is simple: map receivables, follow-up, obligations, vendors, and next actions in one usable Google Sheet so the owner knows what to do this week. If that would help, I can do a short pilot and keep it practical.
Revenue Loop Sprint
If the real bottleneck is more leads and better follow-up, I can map where leads come from, what happens after each conversation, and what follow-up is being missed. The deliverable is a simple revenue loop: lead source, next action, date, owner, and scorecard.
Youth Money Map
I am testing a youth financial literacy pilot for bar/bat mitzvah age kids and parents. It is not account access or investment advice. It is a parent-controlled money map: saving, spending, giving, goals, and check-ins. I am starting with either 1:1 or a small cohort.
