# LevSMS Campaign Atlas

Build note: created by Codex call sign "Golden Lamplighter" on 2026-05-26.

This atlas is a launch and content engine. It turns LevSMS into a recognizable
set of moments: a person has a small daily problem, texts a simple word, gets a
reliable answer, and keeps moving.

## Campaign Pillars

1. Save the number first.
2. Make the next minyan.
3. Shabbos without searching.
4. Any phone, including kosher phones.
5. Weather when the house is moving.
6. Local times when you are away.
7. Learning cycles without checking around.
8. Shul-specific times when the weekly schedule changes.
9. Privacy and quiet access.
10. Freshness: stale data is worse than no data.

## Launch Sequence

### Phase 1: Ten trusted testers

Purpose: prove delivery and repeat use, not broad awareness.

Assets:

- One-to-one tester script from `docs/PILOT_ONBOARDING.md`.
- Single-panel "Save the number first" card.
- Single-panel "Text TIMES" card.
- Plain-text WhatsApp intro, short version.
- Admin self-review habit: STATUS, MAP, SELFTEST, STATS, FEEDBACK.

Success:

- Ten distinct phones save the number and text at least one command.
- At least five come back later without prompting.
- Any hidden-reply reports are captured with phone/carrier context.

### Phase 2: First community share

Purpose: let neighbors understand it in 15 seconds.

Assets:

- "No app. No login. No group chat." flyer.
- The Minyan strip.
- The Almost Shabbos strip.
- Community chat intro, Version B.
- Lobby printout with command list and the save-first warning.

Success:

- New users text MENU or TIMES.
- Few or no "I did not get a reply" reports after onboarding script.
- Free-text inbound produces useful feature signals.

### Phase 3: Weekly cadence

Purpose: show that LevSMS is reliable over time.

Assets:

- Friday morning "Shabbos times by text" card.
- Sunday/Monday "week's minyan schedule" card.
- Weather card before rain/snow/heat.
- Quiet learning card for YOMI.
- Self-review summary to admin.

Success:

- Repeat usage begins to cluster around Mincha, Friday, and weather moments.
- ZIP_REQUESTS begins to show organic expansion requests.
- Sam can explain the service in one sentence.

## Rotation Rule

Do not post three technical/feature ads in a row. Rotate:

1. One human scene.
2. One proof/command card.
3. One onboarding or save-first reminder.
4. One quiet trust/privacy message.

That cadence keeps the world human while still teaching behavior.
